- 4 cups pineapple chunks
- 2 cups packed washed baby spinach
- 2 cups peeled diced apples
- 1 inch square piece of ginger peeled
- Press the spinach, apple, pineapple and ginger through a juice extractor.
- Stir and serve immediately. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
