2-3 roasted red peppers (or a 15oz jar of store bought)
2 packages cream cheese
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pasley
Combine ingredients in a food processor and beat until creamy. Serve with diced artisan or french bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
