- Put oats into a powerful blender and blend into flour.
- Add salt, sugar eggs and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a small non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter to the hot pan. Spread the batter evenly to create a thin crepe. Cook for 1 minute, flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Repeat until all of the batter is used.
