Caramel Apple Dip

We had this at a Team Heather Meeting and we all sat around this dish and ate it and licked our fingers and went back for more.

1 – 8 oz brick of cream cheese – softened
¾ c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tub of caramel dip (T. Marzetti’s works great)
Crushed Heath bar (found by the chocolate chips in stores)

Mix the cream cheese with brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread in a round pie
dish. This is the bottom layer. Pour caramel dip for the next layer (enough to cover).
Top with crushed Heath bar. Serve with sliced Granny Smith apples (Acme carries these
precut by the bag).

  1. Made this for a Super Bowl party, and I ended up having to keep filling in holes where I had to "keep tasting" it. Oops.
