Pico de Gallo

1 cup chopped roma tomatoes
1 cup diced yellow or red onions
big handful of cilantro or to your taste
1 jalapeno, seeded and membranes removed, chopped
juice from 1 lime
salt, to taste

Mix everything together. Should be served with in 24 hours or it will become soupy.
