Sweet & Sour Chicken

2-3 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbls soy sauce
1 Tbls corn starch

Cook chicken, onion, and green pepper in frying pan on medium heat until chicken is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and let thicken. Serve over rice.
